CRG parent company, Rushlight Assets, to build new facility

The Dayton Daily News published an article about the next project in the Rushlight Assets ecosystem, which is to build a new ~26,000 sq ft facility on the grounds of 8821 Washington Church Rd., a location shared with CRG.

The new building will create a place for Rushlight Assets that is separate from day-to-day operations within its main holding, aerospace and defense firm CRG. The new campus will also host office space for the commercialization arm of the enterprise, Rushlight Ventures, and provide an incubation area for startups.

The community space aspect of the facility initially will focus on the businesses within the Rushlight ecosystem. Later it will also provide a space for select nonprofits in the region to hold fundraisers.

Groundbreaking for the project is planned for later this year. The new building likely won’t be completed until the end of 2024. Read the full Dayton Daily News article here.
