No-Oven, No-Autoclave, Self-Curing 350°F Tg Epoxy Composite Processing
Low-cost Replacement for Conventional Composite Manufacturing
CRG has demonstrated the capability to fabricate high-performance composites with an out-of-oven, out-of-autoclave process. This new 350°F Tg epoxy processing will save facility and labor costs associated with high-temperature composite production.
Lower cost fabrication of large, complex structures allows for greater use of tailored structures with reduced weight and quicker delivery time. CRG's processing overcomes the technical hurdles of fabricating extremely large continuous structures, enabling on-site composite manufacturing, and meeting the demands of high-performance composite applications.
The processing technique can be tailored for specific applications with regard to viscosity, processability, toughness, strength, pot life, fiber volume, glass transition temperature, and stiffness.
