Student Housing: Summary of Rules
(Please read the complete list of rules and restrictions outlined
in the lease agreement.)

Maximum occupancy per apartment
is four (4) persons
• Apartments
are to be used for residential purposes
only
• Housing
is intended for single students
-- no cohabitants, spouses or children
• Residents
shall maintain apartments in a clean
and sanitary condition
• Residents
shall be responsible at all times
for the conduct of their guests and
invitees while
on the premises or
in the immediate environs
• Residents will refrain from disturbing
noise, odors, or unsightly conditions
• Residents shall not hold or participate
in parties or get-togethers that interfere
with the quiet
enjoyment or comfort
of other residents or neighbors
• Student
apartments shall all remain drug-free
and smoke-free
• Residents shall not obstruct the driveway,
sidewalks, halls, or stairways
• Residents
shall not park or drive vehicles
on the grass or sidewalks
• Residents
are not permitted to sublet space
in student housing
• Although
residents are allowed to have guests
and other temporary visitors, no
overnight
visitors/guests are allowed
without prior written approval from the owners
• Residents
shall not paint, wallpaper, alter,
remove any part, or penetrate any ceiling of the
apartments without
the prior written consent of the owners
• Residents
are required to maintain any smoke
detector(s) and keep them in
operating order
• Residents
shall not keep or permit in the
apartments or in the immediate environs any pets or
animals without
prior written consent from the owners
• Residents
shall not use the internet
service to download large, high-bandwidth
files
such as movies or any files
protected by copyright law
• Residents
must pay their rent by way of automated
paycheck deductions
• All occupants are required to clean their apartment before an occupant moves out
