For EMERGENCY repair needs, such
as the examples below:
1. No
heat (below 60 degrees outside)
2. No electricity
3. No hot water
4. Any electrical short
5. No air conditioning (above
80 degrees outside)
6. Overflowing toilet
7. Any major water leak (but
not dripping faucets)
8. Flooded apartments
9. Broken lock (unable to
gain entry or to lock door)
10. Window glass completely broken
out
11. Smoke odor or evidence of fire
(call 911 first)
12. Refrigerator/freezer
not working
13. Forgot key and are locked out

repair need, such as microwave or
dishwasher has stopped working,
cable is acting up, window screen
is broken, toilet is clogged and
you can't clear it yourself, TV
doesn't work, door knob is broken,
