Student Housing
 Housing for students
is available on a first-to-apply,
first-served basis. Housing is owned
by the owners of CRG and consists
of three adjacent 2-story condominium
apartments that can accommodate
up to 4 students per apartment.
You will need to bring your own
bed linens and towels.
Housing features
for each apartment:

Fully furnished
• All utilities
included (electric, cable, trash
pick-up, high-speed wireless internet)
• One full
bathroom and one half-bath
• Two bedrooms,
with two twin beds per room
• Kitchen
with cooking tools and equipment
• Living
room with TV
• Fenced
back patio area
• Garage
parking for up to 4 total vehicles
(costs extra, see below), first to

served (spaces limited)
• Street
parking
• Proximity
to shopping and restaurants
• Short
drive to work
Housing Application:
The on-line application form is
below. Once you have applied, one
of the owners will contact you about
availability and other information
regarding student housing.

residents of student housing.
Rent:
You will need to bring a check for
your first month's rent with you
when you check in. The rest of the
rent payments are required to be
deducted automatically from student
paychecks. Cost:
• Without
garage use: $270 per month, or $135
per paycheck
• With garage
use: $305 per month, or $152.50
per paycheck
• Security
deposit of $270 required to hold
a space, to be mailed back to the
student
after a satisfactory walk-through
inspection upon check-out
Reporting
a Repair Need: Use the
"Report a Repair Need"
link to the left to report problems
or repairs needed in housing and
to access emergency phone numbers
for contacting the apartment managers.
Apartment managers are co-located
on-site.
Checking in:
Students must use the link
to the left to coordinate a time
for checking in, signing a lease,
and obtaining a key. Please coordinate
this date and time at least
one week before arrival, but
no sooner than one month before
arrival. Check-in times must occur
outside of normal work hours.
Checking out:
Students must must use
the link to the left to coordinate
a time for checking out of the apartments.
Check-out consists of walking through
with the managers to check apartment,
furniture and equipment condition,
and turn in keys and garage door
openers. A walk-through is necessary
in order to have the security deposit
returned. Check-out times must be
coordinated to occur outside of
normal work hours. If you don't
want to have rent deducted from
your final paycheck, be sure to
notify HR and Finance of your expected
departure date.
