Project Administration Assistant

Responsibilities include:

    • Helping coordinate among project leaders, the project administration team,
       and senior staff
    • Working with project leaders to track projects
    • Coordinating with team members from several divisions
    • Purchasing materials and tracking status
    • Interfacing/coordinating with outside vendors
    • Coordinating shipping
    • Supporting deliverables
    • Scheduling meetings and conferences

Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • Associates degree or related experience
    • Familiarity with standard project management techniques
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to work with teams and effectively communicate information
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work with diverse people
    • Strong organization skills and attention to details a must
    • Previous Government contract experience a plus

Project Analyst

Responsibilities include:

    • Training project leaders in new project management techniques and tools
    • Preparing reports for project leaders and senior staff
    • Implementing new project management processes company-wide
    • Helping coordinate communication among project leaders, the project
       administration team and senior staff.
    • Tracking financial spending and projections for all projects
    • Working with project leaders to track projects
    • Coordinating with team members from several divisions
    • Conducting periodic reviews of project management and helping implement
       improvements
    • Reading and interpreting contracts (Gov't & commercial) for customer
       requirements

Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • Bachelors degree in business management, operations management,
       project management, or similar field required
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required
    • Familiarity with standard project management techniques required
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products required
    • Ability to work with a team and effectively communicate information required
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work with diverse teams required
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail a must
    • Previous government contract experience a plus

Composite Manufacturing/Tooling Engineer

Seeking full-time engineering professionals in multiple disciplines, including:
    • Research engineers
    • Project managers
    • Business development/sales engineers

Candidates will support state-of-the-art research and development and project leadership in one or more of the following areas:
    • Composite manufacturing engineering
    • Composite tooling engineering

Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • Minimum B.S. in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or
       manufacturing engineering required. Hands-on composite fabrication
       experience required. Experience with composite tooling preferred.
    • Experience writing and preparing summary reports and/or customer
       proposals required.
    • Ability to apply knowledge base to support development efforts in
       composite manufacturing and composite tooling required
    • Willingness and ability to quickly develop basic understanding in new
       technology areas to support customer needs required
    • Ability to manage to rapidly changing customer requirements required
    • Attention to detail required
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills required
    • Self-motivation with a team-oriented mentality required
    • Creativity and enthusiasm required
    • Experience leading technical staff preferred

Research Team Members

Seeking candidates in multiple disciplines, including:

   • Research scientists and engineers
   • Project managers
   • Student co-ops/interns

Candidates will support state-of-the-art research and development in one or more of the following areas:

   • Polymer and organic chemistry
   • Materials science and nanotechnology
   • Chemical and manufacturing engineering
   • Aerospace, mechanical, electrical, and composite engineering

Qualifications:

   • U.S. citizenship required
   • For full-time positions: Minimum B.S. in a relevant engineering or science field
   • For interns and co-ops:
      - Should be in or entering sophomore year in a relevant engineering or
         science field
      - Traditional co-op (alternating school/work terms) is preferred; internships
         (minimum 20 work hours/week) also available
