Seeking Research Team Members with a strong background in electrical systems engineering design to support our security technologies business area.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research

Qualifications:

Accountant

We are currently seeking an entry level Accountant to join our finance team. The finance team oversees tracking of all company financials and is responsible for providing reports to management and organizing and disseminating information to project leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities:

    • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements
    • Prepare customer invoices
    • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments
    • Examine and review cost records and ensure cost data is allocated correctly
    • Prepare accounts for month-end close
    • Track fixed assets
    • Assist with DCMA/DCAA audits
    • Prepare Incurred Cost Submission document
    • Process and track payroll and medical benefits

Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of related experience
    • Experience with reading, interpreting, and invoicing government contracts
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively

Janitor

We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our facilities team. This person will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all CRG facilities located in multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

    • Maintain cleanliness of all CRG facilities, such as:
       - Restrooms
       - Trash receptacles
       - Sweeping / Dusting / General office area cleaning
    • Upkeep of cafeteria area
    • Cleaning and waxing tile flooring
    • Monitoring recyclable containers
    • May need to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of related experience
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively

Project Analyst

Seeking a Government Project Analyst to join our project administration team. The project administration team is responsible for providing project management tools to project leaders, training project leaders in the use of these tools, and organizing and disseminating information to project leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities:

    • Prepare reports for project leaders and senior staff
    • Implement new project management processes company-wide
    • Train project leaders in new project management techniques and tools
    • Help coordinate communication between project leaders, the project
       administration team and senior staff
    • Track financial spending and projections for all projects company-wide
    • Work with project leaders on the day-to-day maintenance of project tracking
    • Coordinate with team members from several divisions
    • Conduct periodic reviews of how projects are being managed and implement
       changes to improve them
    • Read and interpret contracts (government and commercial) for customer
       requirements

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business management, operations management, project
       management, or similar field
    • Minimum 7-10 years of related experience

Part-Time Human Resources Associate

Cornerstone Research Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing, fast-paced, technology-based company. We are seeking a Human Resource Associate to handle high volume workload in an organized and efficient manner. The successful applicant is required to exercise the ability to work independently with demonstrated initiative in anticipating and resolving issues. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Administrative support of Human Resources department
    • Maintain confidential department files and handle confidential information
       with the highest degree of professionalism
    • Independently develop and execute HR-related projects to address tactical
       and strategic HR-related issues
    • Assist with onboarding by providing orientation information packet and
       reviewing company policies
    • Coordinate changes with payroll, including pay rate changes, new hires,
       terminations, and benefit changes
    • Work with employees to answer questions and resolve issues
    • Prepare and distribute open enrollment material
    • Complete and submit required compliance reporting including Vets-100
       and EEO-1
    • Complete and submit Workers' Compensation, short-term and long-term
       disability claims
    • Coordinate with vendor to send COBRA letters to terminated employees
    • Develop and execute ad hoc projects assigned by VP of Administration, HR,
       and HR Team

Required Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • 3-5 years HR experience required; HR experience in a technology-based
       company and/or growing start-up company preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of related work experience
       and education required; Bachelor's degree in a technical field, PHR or SPHR
       a plus
    • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be able to demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and monitor own work
       to ensure quality
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player; must be self-motivated

Seeking full-time research engineering professionals to support state-of-the-art research and development in one or more of the following areas:

    • Composite manufacturing engineering
    • Composite tooling engineering

Qualifications:

    • U.S. citizenship required
    • For full-time positions: Minimum B. S. in mechanical engineering, materials
       engineering, or manufacturing engineering required. Hands-on composite
       fabrication experience required. Experience in all three areas preferred.
    • Ability to apply knowledge base to support development efforts in
       composite manufacturing and composite tooling required.
    • Willingness and ability to quickly develop basic understanding in new
       technology areas to support customer needs required.
